Our kitchen extract cleaning technicians remove grease and carbon deposits from your kitchen canopy, extractor fan and ducting. Post clean certification and a report is provided as evidence of your compliance which includes before and after photographs, advisories and a cleaning frequency calculation using BESA’s guidelines.

Your Compliance

It is a legal requirement to ensure that all industrial and commercial kitchen's that have Extract Systems, including canopy, ductwork and fans are cleaned as listed in your building insurance policy; in accordance with your Fire Regulations. Following our clean we will provide a detailed report to include before and after photo's along with a Certificate demonstrating your compliance with the latest British Standards and Health & Safety Acts and the guidelines set out in BESA TR19 Grease® for your health and safety records.
